Meet Ryan, a qualified acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner. An avid meditator, Ryan has spent much of his life travelling and studying Chinese medicine. With a background in Ayurvedic medicine and massage therapy, Ryan was drawn to Chinese medicine after spending time meditating in Himalayan caves and in various ashrams and monasteries in India. There, he practiced yoga and worked to understand the body’s subtle energy (Qi) system.
